I've started to ask for collectibles via one plot of land and now I want to change my mind and expand a different plot of land – will the collectibles carry over?
Yes! As long as you have not clicked on "Apply" yet, you can always change your mind on which plot of land to go for.
I'm currently waiting for my permit to be approved. Can I work on a second one?

You need the following amount of house value and XP to access. Hint: Buy more items to increase your house value.
How many expansions can I apply for?You can apply for 11 expansions to your land – but not all at once. The higher your level and house value, the more land you can apply for. The 11 expansions are plots that surround your initial starting land (i.e. you cannot expand outside this land)
Why would I want to expand?
Why wouldn't you? Not only will you have more space to decorate, you might be lucky enough to find special abandoned items that you can restore on your new plots of land!
What do I need to apply for a permit?
Applying for a permit is fun in Littlehaven, but it can be hard work. Start by having the required amount of simoleons, contracts and signatures.
Can I pay for contracts, signatures and simoleons?
You can use SimCash to purchase the items and make the process a little faster, but with a little help from your friends, no SimCash is required.
Approval takes time!
As you can imagine, land is very sought after in Littlehaven. There are millions of applications to approve. However, if you really want a quick turnaround, SimCash can go a long way!
Your permit has been approved!
Once your application has been approved, you'll soon know about it! Watch out for a massive present to land on your house. Your Sim may even celebrate!

1st plot - 1 sigs, 3 contracts
4th plot - 3 sigs, 9 contracts (?)
5th plot - 3 sigs, 12 contracts
6th plot - 4 sigs, 15 contracts
yeah ily is right..i have shockwaves flash also and right now im experiencing 65% problem..and sometimes even i can play the game..my room that i put on the storage room wont appear..i spend a lot of time to play but now what?!

ReplyDeleteAs the writer states that we need to wait 5 minutes for the second land. In my situation, i have completed the requirement and applied. There after, i quit The Sims Social for more than 3 hours. When i came back hoping for the new land, it appeared nothing, and i have to complete the requirements again. Fyi, the signatures, money and permits had gone T_T... Now i am waiting the 4th Land, but since it's 4 am in the morning, i should sleep. I hope tomorrow it will be ok.

ReplyDeleteI am on the last lot or land and trying to get contracts for it. It seems when I ask my friends for the contracts they are not receiving the requests. I am waiting over 24 hours each time I ask. Its annoying, can you please fix this glitch!

ReplyDeleteI am having a problem with the friend request to expand my Sim land. I really don't know if my Sim friends are actually getting the requests or just not granting permission. It gets frustrating because the requests used to go straight to their inbox but now it goes on my FB timeline and it seems no one is getting it or just ignoring it. Is there an alternative to this?

ReplyDeleteI still live in the first available house that's offered to you in Sims Social, and I have bought 9 land expansions for this house. I'm now wanting to buy the Beach Home. Will my land expansions that I bought at the previous home transfer to the beach house if I buy it?
ReplyDelete@Laura: As far as I know it, no. I bought 3 expansions for my first house and none of them have transferred when I bought my beach house last week. =/
ReplyDeleteI don't know that there is expansion available at the beach house. I was told by other players that expansions were available during the Egyptian Theme quest but that quest is over.

ReplyDeleteI don't mind sending requests to friends who are already playing Sims Social, but making us send requests to 50 random friends on our facebooks is just plain annoying because you will never get a response from them. If they want to play, they'll play the game regardless of whether or not you get us existing players to spam their facebook notifications since you already put up so much advertising, so please get rid of that option and let us play the game!
