Just over 2 weeks ago we showed you The Sims Social Bonus Checker which is a great 3rd party Facebook app that lets you defrentiate Social Points and other The Sims Social gifts in order. Well if 3rd party applications aren't for you, then Here Is A Shortcut By Facebook that will show you all of your The Sims Social game feeds in most recent order.
This is the shortcut that you should 'Bookmark' (Along with our Fansite) for ease of access to the old sorting of posts. This should make your lives much easier; as well for your friends and neighbours to assist you in materials, this is the easy way for people who don't want to scroll through the mountain of everything in between.
Great idea, but I am having the same issue that I was having with the game feed before they changed the layout. It only shows me a select few posts, I don't understand why and I can't get any sort of feedback as to why most Sims posts are missing from the feed. Still the only way I can see the posts is by looking at my entire feed. :(
ReplyDeleteHm. Thanks for the tip. I just dealt with the problem by creating a list, adding all of my Sims Social friends to it and selecting that it only show me game updates. Of course, this only works well because the Sims is the only game I play on FB.
ReplyDeleteThere is another way and what I do is this. On the left hand side of FB on your Home page (news feed) there is a link that will allow you to make a "List". Make a list, call it Sims Social, add all your neighbors. I click the Sims Social list every day and it'll show you a news feed of your Sims neighbors posts. Now you may get some of their other posts, but at the top right corner you have the option to filter what posts you want to see by your Sim neighbors like game feeds only. The only small draw back is that you may get some of their other game news. If you don't play their games just click the option not to see their games as usual. Hope that helps.
ReplyDeleteI am using A GREAT extension that still allows FB users to have more control of their newsfeed and privacy, etc... All o your games can be tabbed and very easy to keep track of... Take a look at this link and see if its something you need.. I cant live without it now that I am using this
