The developers at Playfish have informed us all that the special timed 4 day 'What Big Teeth You Have' quest is being fixed so that all players irrelevant of how many previous The Sims Social quests they have completed will be able to see it and complete it. Obviously this allows players who enjoy to play The Sims Social Facebook game at a slower pace and more casually or have just begun playing will not have to wait until maybe Christmas to see this spooky seasonal quest. The reward for completing this quest is a Limited Edition Special Item the 'Vlad The Impressionist' painting. We expect this update to be pushed through sooner rather than later.

Loving all the Halloween stuff... now working on the "Take My Advice" quest, and working on leveling up the skills on the NEW Halloween Easel! And YES, I got the 'Vlad the Impressionist' painting, hanging nicely over my coffin bed!!!

ReplyDeleteI dont see that quest ? I finished the What Big Teeth and on the 4th or 5th step of the Take my advice but I dont see the third one (and I have no other quest...)

ReplyDeletei cant see the "what big teeth you have" quest, im on 222k while friends who are on 60k have this quest on their list... i even be-friended bella becoz i thought it may have something to do why i cant see the quest (we were enemies before becoz i need someone to get my loads of fury icons, heheh)... but after making friends with her, still no sign of that quest :-(

ReplyDeleteA lot of people are having issues with this - many people cannot access ANY of the halloween quests!
ReplyDeleteI don't see the quest either but I'm assuming it's because I currently have 3 other quests I'm working on. I assume it will pop up once I fully complete one of my current quests (I hope I'm right)

Hello the Halloween quests hadn't showed up for me... but i think maybe is because of the bug that i'm having for some time with the quest, like i officially have 145 tasks done from 155, but i had done much more and the game hadn't recognized it... this problem is continuing along 2 weeks moreless... guess is because that bug that halloween quests hadn't appear to me :( i'm sad because i wanted to do them...poparsi
ReplyDeleteI had the "What Big Teeth You Have" quest at first but the game would crash when I tried to do things for this quest. Now the quest is go completely and I did not complete "What Big Teeth You Have".
ReplyDeleteI am now starting on the "Art Imitates Virtual Life" quest. I don't know if the missing quest will ever return.
My Haunted Easel is still glitched also.
I am on the last part of the quest. I need one more fear. I have not been able to collect a single one. Every time I attempt to post "help" on my wall, Sims Social gives me a pop-up saying it hit a snag and needs to reload.

I think this is day 3 or 4 and I've still not seen anything for halloween quests. I've completed a quest or 2 since the announcement and still nothing. Would my current levels on my quests have anything to do with that?

ReplyDeleteI don't have the quests either. I'm a newbie at Level 18 with 63/155 achievements. Are the quests supposed to show up with the other little icon character people that usually give us the quests?

ReplyDeleteI cant see the halloween quests either :( I'm lvl 38 (nearly 39) with 127/155 of the quests but nothing at all has come up. I'm clicking on all the ghouls and frogs etc incase they spark something off, and I always click the fb links and still nothing. How annoying!

I can not send requests for several of the items needed to build the halloween items, also the book I need to level my writing. It says I'm sending the requests but then it doesn't send. I have not gotten any Halloween quests yet either.Please help!

ReplyDeleteI am doing the "What Big Teeth You Have" Quest.. I'm on the very last part of the quest. It says I need to have a workbench or table but when I try and buy the workbench, it won't let me! It says it has to be unlocked. Help!!
So I bought the coffin bed when you still had to build it, but then they made it to where you could just buy without building it. I sold the one you have to build, and it game me 10,000,000 simoleons. This happened to my husband too. Did this happen with anyone else? Does anyone know why this happened? (I'm defnitely not complaining, just wondering).
ReplyDeletethe last part of the quest is to Add New Neighbors .. guess i won't be finishing it .. not going to bother with the Haunted Easel either since it doesn't raise level points apparently, just gives coins .. can't wade through the stuff in the Shop to find the one painting i did unlock .. what ever

ReplyDeleteI ran out of time for the quest and had a half-finished coffin bed leftover that I didn't want, so I decided to sell it and got 10000000! My husband wanted to buy a coffin bed and see if the same thing would happen for him, but by then they had changed it to the kind you don't have to build and it's only worth a little over a 1000 simoleons to sell. Is it a glitch? I don't know, but whoohooo!

ReplyDeleteSo I finished the quest and got the Cuckoo clock but it wont load in my inventory so i cant take it out of my storage and place it in my room :/ Is this a glitch, is anyone else experiences this? And if so what can i do to fix it. Kinda ticked that i did all that and finished the Quest but now i cant place the item in my home.
