Prepare yourselves: expensive missions, lots of energy needed and friends too. I want the japanese kittie so much, d#mn it... T-T
ReplyDeleteThis really is a frustrating quest. . . asking ten friends to click on your wall? Really?
ReplyDeleteI'm stuck on the part 3 "Buy 4 living room items from this week's Japanese range". I bought 5 living room items with the word "New" and I'm still going 0 / 4 and I have no more SimCash. What I can do?
ReplyDeleteBought 'Japanese Room Items' but no update on counter... Quest broken...
ReplyDeleteyay thank you so so much! now i know what items i shouldn't buy yet.
ReplyDeleteanyone having trouble with the "buzz" portion of the 1st part? I have 28 buzz, but it's not being accepted by the game.
ReplyDeleteIt prety sucks that you have to ask 10 people, what about player that have less? And damn have you to alot in this...
ReplyDeleteI need a lot more money...I'm stuck on part 3. (
ReplyDeletethis quest cost me a lot, 15K simoleons gone in seconds! I hope the reward will be something worthy
ReplyDeleteIs the prize worth the trouble? Does it do anything at all?
ReplyDeleteWow, these prices! Our SIMS aren't made of money. I've picked up all the free simoleons, but SHEESH!
ReplyDeleteGot mines
ReplyDeleteExpensive is an understatement and the fact that some "indoor" items listed under the special tabs doesn't count is really nerve wrecking! No wonder they have away so many simeleons and social points this week! LOL
ReplyDeletegrr...too expensive to keep up with this quest. i'm barely making progress at part 3! why do the furniture have to be way overpriced?? well, to me it is!!
ReplyDeleteI'd very much appreciate it if u guys give out more free simoleons and social points (like the last few days)so we can be able to complete the Big Trouble In Littlehaven quest better :DD
ReplyDeleteplease and thank you!!!
Don't you hate it when you¡ve already purchased items that the quest asks you to buy AGAIN???? [ *sigh* ]
ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate it when the quest asks you to buy something you've ALREADY purchased??? [ *sigh* ]
ReplyDeleteStuck at 45% or 65%. Fingers crossed :(
ReplyDeleteAnd when I was able to get on this game, I cant visit any neighbor...
Well, I'm so frustrated.
SE PASARON TODO ES MUY MUY MUY CARO, EXCESIVAMENTE CARO!
ReplyDeleteHaving not seen how many house points the cat item will raise...I feel odd about forking out over 11,000 simoleans on this quest, it's so hard and you need to rely on 10 people to click your newsfeed. Thankfully the sims people have given free simoleans, it's still a shifty quest though....
ReplyDeleteWow we have to spend a shitload of money on this quest and all of this in 4 days?? Sucks big time for those of us who don't play this game 24/7! Thanks for this guide btw.
ReplyDeleteAnd just to tell you how useless these quests are, most of my neighbors in this game and my own, are filled with useless items these quests require for us to buy.... the more items on a lot, the more lag we experience. that's simming 101. same applies to sims 2 and sims 3.
I am not even going to bother with this quest. Who cares about the stupid little cat if it requires so many simoleons after I have already wasted a lot by getting things from the wrong category when it wasn't explained properly!!
ReplyDelete11k simoleons!!??? are you nuts!?
ReplyDeletewhat if you have purchased 3 items (Osaka Moon painting, toro, tanuki) but they're not showing up as 3/4 items completed??
ReplyDeleteI brought items for the livingroom and they havent registered is there a bug in this game?
ReplyDeletebe sure you are purchasing 'living room' items and not decorations... ingore the specials and go to the 'living room' section of the market- those are the items (not many) to buy for credit for the quest.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is why I stick to buying just the new items I want and ignore the quests.
ReplyDeleteThe "FREE" item isn't free and it costs much, much less that we spend trying to get it for "free." I'm not spending my simoleons I've saved for land expansion for some little cat.
With the game not loading neighbors, there's no way I'm going to make the social points required anyway. I've had to buy one of those impossibly tiny phones to "make a call" just to keep my Social out of the black. A waste of energy for no rewards.
the amount of money you need to complete this quest is plain ridiculous. I've been saving money for a while, now almost all of it is gone... then the simcash item's price?! SERIOUSLY?! 120SC for a dress?! that's more, than $15 in real cash! guys, be a little more reasonable!
ReplyDeleteUgh, stupid, not counting. I really like Lucky Cats, but the simolean and social points count is probably going to stop me from completing this one. I'm bummed. Good theme, bad quest, ridiculous inflation. Now, I'm not going to be able to finish buying last chance halloween items, cuz I started this nonsense.
ReplyDeleteI've completed this quest.. thanks to my neighbours... the prize is reaaaaallllyyyy CUTE :P
ReplyDeleteAt first I really felt all spazztic about the theme, and got all excited about getting the maneki-neko... but then seeing how many friends you have to click on your feed just to get this just made me give up on getting the "prize"-- as much as I love to finish the quest, I'm pretty sure I'd be stuck on the feed-related thing parts. :/
ReplyDeletehave several friends but no one is checking my wall or anything to get those 10 newspapers... its dificult when everyone is on the net at different times
ReplyDeletePLEASE, I ALWAYS GOT AN ERROR AT MY SIMS........GOT A SNAG WHEN OTHER SIM CLEAN MY BATH ROOM ITEM'S OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.. AND ALSO WHEN I WANT TO BUILD MY NEW ROOM.. AND VERRY OFTEN I CAN ASK OR SEND A GIFT TO COMPLETE MY QUEST AND BUILD MY ITEM'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please check mine :( WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SIM
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm stuck at the 10 friends that have to send newspapers. At what time tomorrow will this quest expire??
ReplyDeleteWhat a waste of time this game is becoming i have wasted all my simoleons trying to complete this task for me not to be able to complete it one step away from finishing due to an error on buyin karate outfit !!!!
ReplyDeleteI have gotten to the point in the quest where you have to buy the karate top and bottom and the bandana thing, but everytime I buy them and exit the clothes shop the game errors and has to reload. Anyone else having this problem?
ReplyDeleteThe quest is too furios and i'm slow to achieve it. could i request for this quest to slowdown?
ReplyDeleteBy:Ghurly Archelles
Can anyone tell me how much it costs to skip a friend on the newspaper part?
ReplyDeletethis stinks..spent all that money only needed a few more friends to help me (have pleanty of friends on sims) on the very last thing and time ran out..not fair for those of us who work 14 hour days and then have to put up with the glitches...very bummed out right now....so much so I may not play anymore
ReplyDeleteokay its crunch time. i have house full of japanese stuff. because i bought non living room items. and do the floral red japanese eating area. and i love my job desk count? say yess. plz. and plz more free simeleons and social points???? could help for the last 24 hours :)
