We speculated over details of the Toyota Prius V only being available to loan for a maximum period of two weeks before it has to be returned. This still seems to be the case as the in game promotion will echo the real life promotion attached to the Toyota Prius in which you can trial the car for a fortnight with no commitments to buy.
You may have also read about how the Cars Release Date Was Pushed Back from its initial scheduled drop of mid February to mid March. We now have information that you will be able to own Cars in The Sims Social for Free as early as Thursday 1st March if you manage to complete what looks to be a very simply Mini Quest. The old Yashimoto Prais blue car that we had become acustomed to has now been changed to a sleeker white version that resembles the real life Toyota Prius V. We apologise for the poor quality of the image, however this is the first and only image available at the moment and we here at The Sims Social Fansite are excited to be able to bring it to you first.

If we could drive it around and explore Littlehaven that would be fantastic but no its terrible. Waste of time to even do the quest.
Better shape up the awarding of points, simoleons, etc., the ability to actually FINISH quests before they are withdrawn, the losses of items from storage, the ability to get help and support, and the constant "oops" messages BEFORE you go adding more stressors into the game. Yeah - fix it! Then i'll go for the Prius.

ReplyDeleteSo does the car have any actions or is it just for show? Without actions, it doesn't seem worth it to me...the sims social is getting pretty dull...limited interactions, quest and game glitches, lowered inspired bonuses, etc. I just hope the car isn't a dud too.
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of being able to have a car, but having to complete the quests for it may be frustrating, especially if its like the last few quests with time limits.

ReplyDeleteim hearing comments from alot of people say that they want the car to be able to drive to one place too another i think that would be an good idea to keep in mind in the future i also wanted to add this other idea that i personaly like is. other house loaction that would be interesting in the future to add more of those eather to buy or to win as a reward from doing a quest
