If our predictions are correct, the new Vacation Home should be released this Thursday. We imagine that the 'Coming Soon' Globe button will take you to this world navigation screen that will allow you to swap between your old Littlehaven and new Littlehaven Shores residences.We can also reveal that the new Beach House will require you to have a spare 12,000 Simoleons, 5 Signitures and 10 Contracts to buy and possibly more to additionally expand the land in your new sandy abode.
The new world navigation screen in The Sims Social will show both of your homes House Values and below the screen will show the total from both houses. It is still unclear if the storage limit of 600 items will have to spread between both homes and if additional Land Expansions for the Beach House will be implemented from the off set or if this will be implemented in a future update?
Also by the looks of the image and the places in which the many paths end, it seems we could be in store for not only a new Beach House but maybe a Mountain Top Retreat and a Jungle Hut in the near future?

- How to use those 3 new crafted materials?

ReplyDeleteI came across a game glitch a couple of days ago, and was already able to send requests for the items to purchase the beach house! 12k simoleons is a SWEET price for a new home!! Can't wait for it to get back again!

ReplyDeletei do have a ? my sim drinks all the time. when the cars are introduced and we are meant to drive them to the vacation house are we expected to drink and drive? or will the make us sober up before we can drive. lol :) i'm sure they don't want to promote that one yeah?

ReplyDeleteI'm so convinced the sims programmers are in denial & reluctant about fixing things. They ONLY care about the money that people put into this game. I'm an avid & fan of the sims, but their work attitude SUCKS.
I cant believe it cost 12K, I can barely get past 5 thousand simolians without using my credit card! I could go to bestbuy and get this game for 20 bucks! I cant afford this game anymore, thinking about quitting.
