  18. @micki edwards I had the same problem at first. Usually claimed item gift would appear on the first page of your inventory, but I didn't see this item there. Try to check it on your storage > outdoor. I found it there :D

  22. hello there! i woke up 2 hrs ago and i keep having snags and shit in my game, i can't even accept requests, every 5 requests snags me and then reload, accept requests and snag again, u'll get it, my point in here: WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX THIS CRAPPY GAME? WHEN? i'm sick of snags everyday, loading problems, rpc failure, waiting 24 hrs, error loading neighbour homes, WTF is going on around here? i'm getting very very irritated!

  33. I lied! I went back into the game and then it was in the Inventory, under the Outdoor items. Guess just going out of the game and back in helped. Thanks. (But it just lets me sit, no sleep.)

  39. Anon 8:15, the same thing happens to me! I can't accept more then 5 requests, sometimes it even snags after 1 request. It's honestly ridiculous. I've stopped playing, I was a dedicated player but I've had enough. I come on the fansite and see whats new, claim the free things but I don't play anymore. It's a game, it shouldn't stress me out. They never seem to apologize for their mistakes, they're just money hungry.
