PART 1
*Have Pandora's Box
Visit The Sims Social store and purchase the Free Pandora's Box.
*Ask Sims If They've Heard Of Pandora's Box
Visit or ask over three Sims and use action 'Know Pandora's Box?' on them.
*Read Dusty Old Books About Pandora's Box
Find a Bookshelf and use the 'Research' interaction five times on it.
PART 2
*Have 6 Plans
If you do not have enough Plans then you can get them by either asking your friends for some or by performing Writing interactions.
*Spend 1,000 Simoleons On This Week's NEW Avatar Items
Visiting The Sims Social clothing store and purchase 1000 Simoleons worth of new Greek Gods Week clothing which can be found in the 'Specials' tab if you are completing this Quest during the themed week. The 'Icarus Wings' are available to both male and female Sims for 1600 Simoleons.
*Ask Friends If They've Seen Any Demons!
Post this request to your Facebook wall and ask at least one friend to click on it.
PART 3
*Have 10 Fury
If you do not have enough Fury then you can get them by either asking your friends for some or by performing mean interactions with your Neighbours or by catching random spawning Demons in your yard.
*Clean 4 Dirty Items!
Clean dirty items in your home or if you do not have enough then you may need to visit Neighbours to see if they have any items that need cleaning in theirs.
*Catch 5 Demons In Your Garden!
Random Demons will spawn in your yard. You need to click on them and use the 'Catch' interaction on five different Demons to complete this task. Try refreshing your The Sims Social game until they appear.
PART 4
*Have 7 Buzz
If you do not have enough Buzz then you can get them by either asking your friends for some or by performing mean entertaining interactions like watching TV, playing on a Games Console or Dancing.
*Have 3 Red Essence From Red Objects
Find Red items either in your home or a Neighbours. Click on them and use the 'Collect Red Essence' interaction. You only need three of these to complete the task.
*Research Big Demons 2 Days In A Row
Click on a computer and use the 'Research Demons' interaction. You will need to perform this action twice over two days. Remember that The Sims Social online Facebook game resets at midnight (GMT), after that you will be able to perform your second interaction.
PART 5
*Have 7 Veggies
If you do not have enough Veggies then you can get them by asking your friends for some.
*Have 8 Hammers To Help Build A Huge Demon Trap With
If you do not have enough Hammers then you can get them by either asking your friends for some or try your handing at randomly dropping them by repairing broken objects or furniture.
*Earn 800 Simoleons From Athletic Skill Tasks
Simply earn at least 800 Simoleons by going through Skill Mastery Levels on an Athletic Skill Item like the Treadmill, Yoga Matt or any of the additional SimCash Athletic Skill Items available to pass this task.
PART 6
*Use Stoves To Forge 8 Traps
Click on a Cooker or Stove and use the 'Forge Trap Parts' interaction eight times.
*Ask 5 Sims For Directions To The Nearest Vegetarian Demon
Visit a Sim or ask a Sim over to your home and use the 'Ask For Directions' interaction on five different Sims.
*Harvest 4 Grapes To Catch The Vegetarian Demon
You will need to plant and harvest 4 grapes to pass this task. Grapes take 24 hours to fully grow so plant them as soon as you can to get the best head start possible.
PART 7
*Have 10 Relaxation - Calm Your Mind And Think Where Zeus Might Have Lost Pandora's Box
If you do not have enough Relaxation then you can get them by either asking your friends for some or by performing relaxing interactions on items such as Hot Tubs and Beds etc
*Ask 5 Friends If They Have Seen Pandora's Box!
Post this request to your Facebook wall and ask at least five friends to click on it.
*Search Down 7 Times The Back Of Zeus' Throne
If you have not bought your own Zeus' Throne from The Sims Social store then try visiting Bella's house. Click on either her Zeus' Throne or yours and then use the 'Search' interaction seven times to complete this task.

ReplyDeleteHow exactly are we suppose to finish the quests when ingredient requests aren't working?!! Oh wait, I forgot. You made it that way so players will have to use real money to buy needed ingredients. I see what you did there.
It's important to save buying clothing ("avatar items") until the quest tells you to do so. As soon as I received the new items, I didn't think anything of it and bought all the female items. Once I got to step/stage two, I was disappointed to find none of my prior purchases had registered and was forced to sell and re-purchase something. It should be noted for people strapped on cash!
ReplyDeleteNot doing this quest, because the last one was so unfulfillable in the time (too many Zen crystals to be crafted!). I wish I could just get the career quest promotion: why can't I get just one more star on my busk in the park? And why is my game not loading at all, all of today? :P

i dont think the quest is all that bad and i dont usually do them with this one pandoras box gives you buzz and relaxation when you interact with it so those parts are taken care of and the demons give you furry im on part five and i have only been at it a day at most also mermaid statue is pretty easy to build and free and it drops a lot of the quest items but uses a lot of hammers but i only have three more levels of that as well and again it only took a day, might just be me- while the head thingy is not all that epic the pandoras box key might be worth it

ReplyDeleteOverall, this isn't a bad quest. Statue is quite doable, quest only has a few spots where theres "hangtime", and the box is crazy easy!
1: Easy
2: Also easy (though 1000 sims at 24-25 a pop takes some time, plans are bountiful)
3: Little issue, but you can prepare by gifting fury, and getting back lots. Dirty items are minor but doable.
4: First hang, 2 days research, and buzz arent overly easy, but if you have Karaoke machine its a breeze. That drops Buzz and Entertainment semi regularly, and NO energy needed!
5: THIS is a pain, since veggies are annoying, and hammers are needed en masse, so start requesting and breaking (and then abuse reload resets)
6: EASY PEASY (prep grapes early, and this is quick!)
7: Not too bad, 10 relaxation is nothing big, and 5 requests is pretty common (at least its not 8 or 10)

ReplyDeleteAargh. I wasn't on time to complete the crown's quest. Now I can say goodbye to my key... I think they should give you a change to buy the item if you didn't finish it on time. I remember that it was possibly on some quests. But no anymore, why??? I wanted the key so badly :'(. It's not that you can expect that everyone has lots of friends on sims social... And you can't also expect from us that we play it day after day. I don't want to become a simssocial slave :S
ReplyDeleteHilde- I completely agree with you. It really ticks me off that the golden wreath quest expires before the Pandora's Box quest. What is the point of giving you more time with it, if there's no way to get all three items? Now it's just sitting there, teasing me!

ReplyDeleteThis quest was a waste of time and money. The key does nothing special. You get sometimes one more collectible from it than you do when you peek or polish. Absolutely stupid.

its sort of unfair on many fronts with many quests. for one when you have less than a day to finish the quests and you need help from 8 friends, they are not going to help you. then you lose your chance to collect the prize which is unfair. also i have to box still that i cannot get into because i could finsh the quest and it is mocking and unfair.
