Forget about the Ninja Trait, if you manage to complete the timed Rock & Roll Week Quest you'll be able to move around your The Sims Social residences faster than any highly trained martial arts expert, as you'll be able to lace up these funky new Slip'n'Slide Skates.
Being a clothing item they will of course not raise your House Value by anything but they will be handed out Free to everyone who manages to complete the timed Quest next week.
They will be advertised with 'Don't be a square! Four circles on each foot is all you need to get you rollin' with your rockin!', but the question is, are these funky Roller Skates a good enough incentive to keep you plugging away at the ever increasing The Sims Social Quests? prolly not. quests shouldn't be timed. it's too much especially if they want newbies to be able to do them. i'm just tired of having to be timed, as i have a life outside of this game. not gonna stay home from work, just to keep up lol
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you!
Deletelove it!!
ReplyDeleteno not really; i have been thinking not to do anymore quest. i saw how much energy was to be used for the spa chair and said no way and with only a flower pot as a reward. i have that same flower pot x4 only difference being they are in a different color pot. not worth my time or efforts. i did however go for the sauna
ReplyDeleteThe timing on these quests is ridiculous and them being multiple levels?! You barely get through the first and they are onto the next thing. It's crazy.
ReplyDeleteYes right, the quest is too much. I never got it done, so hard to fulfil the ingredients :(
ReplyDeleteYUP IT MAKES IT REALLY HARD AND FOR TH E PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY PAY SOMETIMES TO COMPLETE QUESTS THEPRICES ARE JUST UNBEARABLE NOT TO MENTION ALL THE ENERGY THATS USED AND BOUGHT BECAUSE THEYE TO TIME COMSUMING 1 WEKKS BUT YOU HAV TO BE PLAYING MOST OF THOSE HOURS
ReplyDeleteBrilliant ideas.......I love the quests! Like a challenge!
ReplyDeleteIf it's a long drawn out quest I wont do it. It takes to long and if there are problems with the game I wont be able to complete in time, especially when there are more than one quests going on.
ReplyDeletei agree with anonymous
ReplyDeleteI get how timing the quest keeps people coming back to the game and not getting bored but it really isn't fair to the newbies. There's no way a level 10 player can accomplish some of this stuff especially the ones that require social points purchases. I would rather the quests not be timed too...
ReplyDeleteI totally agree! The timed quests SUCK! My husband & daughter tried so hard on the one for the shower sana & ran out of time. I have like 100 sims friends & still not enough time for the salon chair quest....really stupid on their part!!
ReplyDeletei want it
ReplyDeletei agree it would be better if it was onece a month so i can catch up on all the skills that i havent complited yet
ReplyDeleteI like the timed quests. I am in my final exams for my final year at an ivy league university and I work. If I can still manage to get them done, I dont know why others can't. You just have to know how to strategically save up items and energy... then you can get every quest by playing about a half hour a day. Same with the building projects. Sure the spa chair took awhile, but my mermaid statue was done in 8 hours. The jukebox looks like another easy one. I hope they don't start untiming the quests. There would be no challenge left
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you! I hate it when people complain about timed quests. Some are challenging but all are achievable in my opinion. I don't play all day long either. I stock up on ingredients/energy and use them to complete the quests.
DeleteThey ARE NOT achievable when the game is constantly glitching for some during these quests.
DeleteI agree with you but they should make the timed quests at least 8 days instead of 6. 6 Days is just not enough time
DeleteI agree and if they do time them they should at least give more time. I have a job and not much of a life but I dont have time to be on this game all day just to complete quests. and I really like this game.
ReplyDeleteThe timed quests are not actually a problem if you even play regularly. I have a full time job and I finish the timed quests because I play once or twice a day for a few minutes. You just have to know strategies for when and how to ask for items, and know how to carefully use your energy. Having a timed quest every week adds some challenge to the game. It's awesome. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to complete it! :P
ReplyDeleteSeriously can't even wait for Rock and Roll week :P
ReplyDeleteAh! If I forget the Ninja....? How I can I visit someone who has things out of order and/or in the middle of everything?
ReplyDelete>.< Cool but with more than 400 neighbors I will need RUSH tons of relaxation -_-
Approximately 400 energies to be used for this quest. At least enable us to store up more energy coz currently i can only stock up 15... But the skates are cool!
