ReplyDeleteI got an e-mail saying "Thanks for buying SimCash, here's 1000 social points for you". Now it won't let me claim this because I already claimed it? Sneaky sneaky...
ReplyDeleteSo this could/would be a really fun game if you could ever get it to work properly. First of all...it's ALWAYS crashing. Second of all...it takes forever to load, not just when you first come into the game, but also when you try to visit neighbors. Thirdly...how do you expect anybody to achieve their quests??? The expectations of this game are absolutely ridiculous...not to mention the cost of the really cool items. I personally would NEVER pay for this game or ANYTHING in it! All you've managed to do is frustrate people & piss them off! I had to resort to having people I don't know "add me" because ALL of my real life friends gave up on this game a long time ago. I'm on my last nerve w/this car quest...I can't get any levels completed because NO ONE is sending me my requests that I need. So, if you don't start fixing your issues, I will be throwing in the towel also. It's not worth the frustration!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you!!! I have been on the verge of giving up playing quite a few times as the quests are almost impossilbe to acheive. I also have had to add people I don't know, but, on the plus side, have actually become 'friends' with a few of them.
DeleteI contacted customer services weeks and weeks ago, and all I get back is 'we can't help with quests'.
Nevermind hey, carry on regardless!
