A new update that dropped in conjunction with the Fitness Week collection makes the lives of us The Sims Social residents easier. You may have noticed a brand new 'Skills' tab which is located towards the bottom left of your The Sims Social game screen. This new screen will allow you to see what Skill Level you are currently at with all of your Cooking, Writing, Art, Athletics and Music Skills and also shows how far you've actually got left with completing all of your owned Skill Items therefore making it easier to find any you've missed and help you locate which Skill Items you are still yet to purchase and complete.
There is also a new tab at the bottom of The Sims Social game screen that makes it easier to see which Skill Items are still available and that are available to purchase. We believe that it's about time Playfish implemented this great feature that helps us players keep a track of what we still need to do in regards maximising our various Skill Levels.
What are your thoughts on this new helpful feature? Are Playfish working on the correct things for improving The Sims Social online Facebook game or do you think this update was unnecessary? What are your full Skill Level statistics? Did you find a few Skill Items that you thought you;d completed but in fact had missed? Share your thoughts with us via the usual channels of Facebook, Twitter, Forum, Chat Room or simply leave a Comment below.

I liked it very much. I think there would be some way to accept all gifts too. It's hard clicking in all "ACCEPT" :/
ReplyDeleteDefinitely helpful! Now I wish they would make the store a little easier.
ReplyDeleteWhy isn't there a "skip to the end" arrow instead of going page after page to get the expensive items?
I like this, it was an unexpected surprise! I just discovered a number of items I'd never finished all the skill levels on. Very helpful!
ReplyDeleteThis is really awesome. I really love this. Also, I was shocked to discover that I was able to finish both beds to the Good Vs Evil, Quest/Theme. I only did one of the Quests, Angel Quest ... It was fun! Glad that this Quest for this week has calmed down and a bit easier with the skill item with it. Thankful to playfish for that. <3
ReplyDeleteLooks like Sim Social is really working itself to improvement, so it seems. Seems like it's working faster and no more problems with the inbox. Sometimes, I have lagging issues, but, I just refresh and it works.
I like this new "Skills Tab", really awesome. I've got so many skills, I totally forgot what half of them are. Ha Ha! ;) Thank you, Playfish!
Keep up the great work! And, it's late... But Happy One-Year "Sim Social", glad to be aboard the Sim-Space Ship! ;)
omg.....another failure to improve this game...now it takes longer to load the skill screens...why do i need to know im only on lv4 of my useless yoga mat when im trying to use my dance pad??? i already have 100% bubbles blocking the view of my house along with check marks telling me my pointless once a day items are ready...now i have more bubbles telling me how far along my items are...so stupid...who is making all these decisions?? time to cycle the employess for pre screened people with brains...more wishful thinking...ps..wut do i do with my 10,000 lifetime pts????
ReplyDeleteI love this update! It was a pain going trying to keep track of which skill items have already been completed or which ones had unlocked levels that could be used to fulfill quests requirements. It is great to be able to see which ingredients are needed from one spot. CONS? Not being able to see information on items located on other home and in storage. Bummer. :( But, hey, this upgrade it is still great.
ReplyDeleteHello guys <3,
ReplyDeleteYou're awesome and I really like it - but can you pls put more items for art ??
Ladydi
When I click on a post from a friend I do not get the reward because my Sims can't handle anymore gifts for the day????
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why you would limit my gifts.
Does this also mean If I help my friends I don't get the reward????
Why would you limit us????
