  2. I'm so impressed lately by the designs! This item is so beautiful and decorative! The amount of work needed to do to finish it seems OK as well, only one step and no new items.

But will there be a quest to go with it?
For example, like "Master All Actions & Get.... for free!"

  8. In terms of being Free, having high Simoleon returns and lots of ingredients drop this item is really awesome - its only major drawback is that it's built from a 3-stage project item that (presumably) requiring tons of spam in order to build

  10. This looks really nice, and it seems like it is not a terribly hard buildable so far *whew* I'm barely skating by the hippie van so with this notion I'm breathing a partial sigh of relief... hopefully not too soon :D

  13. I wonder where all my ingredient requests are going? all my sims friend can't receive it. Happens everytime I try to complete a quest. It will work when there's only a day left for the quest to expire. EVERYTIME!! I don't think they're fixing this glitch. They're doing this on purpose so if you really like the prize you'll be forced to buy ingredients with real money. SUCKS!!

  15. you have to build the Splender BBQ in 3 stages like so many of the recent items. Here is the list of stuff (it's probably more as I may have miss counted some items) and really I don't see how most people will be able to get enough of some items in time to get the lemonade stand prize (37 bees? c'mon get real):

    8 goodwill
    15 muse
    1 love
    18 solid wood
    15 hammer
    9 charcoal
    7 wrenches
    3 purple flowers
    10 herbs
    8 yellow flowers
    3 red flowers
    35 nails
    7 paint
    15 saws
    19 cloth
    4 pillows
    4 dust
    4 bling
    9 dream
    3 water
    13 water bottle
    12 entertainment
    4 rubber glove
    13 orchids
    14 bouquets
    37 bees

  17. I hate how slow it is to level up skill items so I don't even bother trying with most of them (especially the pool - snoozefest!). It's fine if the animations are long when they don't have to be so repetitive (like the dragon tower and pool interactions - fun/entertaining). After the tedious effort of building this bbq and testing to see if it was worth my time levelling it up I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY HOW FAST IT IS! For me, this is definitely the kind of skill item that's worth spending time, energy and ingredients to level up! Probably the only one.

  18. I forgot to mention that one of the art skill items is pretty decent, but this bbq thing's still better. If only everything was this fast to level up and build, I'd do most or all quests instead of slightly starting them then giving up out of boredom (jukebox, 60's stove... other slow stuff). For people who like it slow... why??? Spend your energy on something fun instead like visiting neighbours and enjoy the lengthy interactions on some items you find there. :) Anyway as I stated before, this bbq's awesome!
