It's been a long time since the developers behind our favourite online Facebook game have handed out Free premium currency, the last time was when Playfish controversially provided 25 Free SimCash To Old Players of the game and decided it unnecessary to thank the newer payers of The Sims Social by forgetting about them.
This time around it seems that everyone is getting it as we haven't yet received any complaints of it not showing in players accounts. Playfish have not given an official statement other than an email that has been sent out which just briefly describes that they have been rewarded with the Free 20 SimCash and that it should have automatically been credited to their The Sims Social accounts and be in game the next time they log in.
There is no links to click in order to claim this batch of Free SimCash, simply log in and see if your weekend has been kicked off in a good way. We'd love to hear from you to know if you have or have not received it and if you did, what did you spend it on? Let us know by leaving a Comment below or by simply visiting our Facebook, Twitter, Forum or Chat Room.

ReplyDeleteStrange, I've not got any yet. Only simcash I've got lately was for 5 consecutive days, and $3 worth from that Facebook promotion. Not got 20 Simcash.

ReplyDeleteI want to make a complaint, as I did not receive the free sim cash. My husband did and an email from them stating they were giving free sim cash. What gives? Was this not to go to everyone? I am so tired of being screwed by Zynga games that I am ready to quit them altogether.

ReplyDeleteI did get the 20 Sim Cash but then 2 days later 10 of it was gone. I didn't spend it and I know no one got my computer and spent it for me. ANother Sims Friend had the same happen to her. 10 came up missing out of her balance. Did we have a certain amount of time to spend it? Is another 10 going to come up missing too?

ReplyDeleteThat free 25 Sim Cash was compensation for the players who never got it when they signed up, due to a glitch.
ReplyDeleteBack when the game was new it started everyone with 25 SimCash, except a few players (myself) who were glitched and never got the cash! I only found out players were starting it when friends said they had it given for signing up. It took until this last February to FINALLY credit players who had been missing it.
I didn´t get my free simcash! :(
