Raising Levels Will Raise Your Storage!

On Thursday alongside the London Olympics Theme in The Sims Social, Playfish decided to make another big amendment to the game by Raising The Player Level Cap To 160 which means new that there are plenty of new rewards and achievements to gain by playing your favourite online Facebook game.

Each level you raise will earn you 500 Simoleons and an Ingredient but for every tenth level (110, 120, 130, 140, 150 & 160) you will also add another 200 slots to your Storage space which will result in an additional 1200 slots to store your furniture in when you reach the new top player Level of 160.

Also from Level 141 onwards you will earn 750 Simoleons instead of the previous 500 per Level Up and the Ingredients earned also become rarer so now you do really have an incentive to get hard at work in The Sims Social and there is certainly many new things to be achieved.

What do you make of the additional Level Cap? What level are you currently? Do you like the idea of been awarded an additional 200 Storage space for every tenth Level Up past 100? Let us know by leaving a Comment below or by visiting our Facebook PageForumChat Room or Twitter.

  2. 160 Level cap now? I didn't even bother to make it to 100... Too busy working my ass off in TheSweatShop with all the weekly projects. Don't even have time for relationships anymore! What they really need is more house levels, not player levels -.-

    1. Ducky you have a point there, really isn't time to do anything anymore with all the intense projects they have every week. I can remember when I was so far ahead of the game that I couldn't wait for more skill items to come in the shop. I didn't play for almost 3 months and things are different. It almost isn't as fun as it use to be.

  3. "and the ingredients earned also become rarer..." WTF??? Does this mean we have to add another 100s of "friends" to get the ingredients needed to do anything on this game?
