ReplyDeleteAre they kidding? SimSnap is too cheap with points, and the free games are too few! Those of us who can't buy boosts or games will NEVER get anywhere near 100,000 pts.

ReplyDeleteI'm pretty much done with the Sims and it is exactly because of this type of impossible-without-spending-money challenges. Also, the week-after-week labour-intensive project items intertwined with quests peppered by glitches and inbox issues that make it impossible to request or accept items. I will NEVER pay $$ for this game and I have been told that the Ville is better because you can grow and find ingredients without having to harass your friends or post a million times a day to your page. Goodbye Littlehaven, you are a cruel mistress and now there's another house decorating game in town - one with LAYERING! Ciao Bella!
ReplyDeleteActually, you can spend as much money as you want on this minigame, but it won't help you. People with, or without, SimCash have an equal chance, and I myself got the table.

ReplyDelete100.000 points in 7 days - on average, you get 2000 points per game (without using those seriously overpriced extras) - thats 50 games in 7 days. 7 days with 1 free game every 6 hours = 28 free games. --> there's no way you can earn that logic set without paying. screw you, sims social.
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be the thing that makes this "old timer" quit the game. This has been set up so that unless you have a top of the line lightning fast computer OR lots of money to buy lives, you can't get this. Isn't it bad enough that American economics and politics favor those with lots of money? Do games have to do so too?
ReplyDeleteI don't think there is nearly enough time to finish all of these. If you spent simcash then maybe you can get enough lives, but not everyone can do that. I have to wait the set amount of hours to get the lives to be able to play it, so at this rate I'll fail this quest.
ReplyDeleteYou should just come out and say that people will only get this if they spend money to get extra games. I have played every opportunity with boosts and have only just cleared the first prize.
ReplyDeleteI just got the chess set, and it cud luk much better, but I don't like it so much.. can't wait for the next prizes which will release tomorrow! and I hate the pug pal!! Its just ugly and a total useless thing! >.< If there was anything we cud do with the decor prize of the tale of two twin's quest, then it wud be better :P
ReplyDeleteI finally won the chess set with one day left in the timer. It is possible to win it although you have to make use of sneak peeks and extra times. And to do that, you need to have a lot if friends.
ReplyDeleteNot fair! I really wanted this, and am really disappointed I could not collect the "points" to win it. It would be perfect in my newly unlocked loft! A new skill and no way to purchase the item? Please make it available for simoleons or social points (NOT SimCash), PLEASE!!! :P
