Sniffles O' Simrock Leprechaun Review

The very useful Sniffles O' Simrock item is the special Limited Edition Quest reward for completing all of the many Mini Quests relating to the overall Leprechauns Gift Quest and alongside the Lucky Leaf Vineyard and Luck O' Simrock Brewery is another one of the most beneficial items to ever drop into The Sims Social online Facebook game within its life time.

The reason for its benefit is that every 24 hours it will clear eight tiles worth of garden weeds from your The Sims Social home. Simply place it in the middle of the weeds and put the little green Leprechaun to work.

Alongside this amazing and ultimately helpful feature he will also bring with him +7200 House Value and gives your Neighbours the opportunity to claim some Free 3x Energy if you decide (and you should) to pst its feed to your Facebook wall. You can also drop some much needed Ingredients from this action like Admiration, Driftwood, Muse and Shells.

Have you managed to unlock this little friendly green partner yet? Do you agree that he is one of the better items to ever have been released into The Sims Social online Facebook game? Have you been taking advantage of him? Let us know by either leaving a Comment below or by simply visiting our TwitterFacebookForum or our Chat RoomHappy Simming everyone!

    1. I have the same problem, I have to Reload every time, then it tells me that my account is under maintenance.

  3. Useful?!? Come on, that's a bit of an over-statement. How often do you have 8 tiles of weeds all together, aside from when you first purchase a piece of land? And he has to be moved whenever you need him... plus you are taking for granted that the middle tile will be clear. In most cases he will only reach maybe 2-3 tiles with weeds on them. I would have found him more useful if he cleared random tiles that had weeds on them. THAT would have been useful :\

    1. I agree!!! My yard area is large, the weeds are very scattered. He is pointless.

  6. it's in your storage. and I found it quite a nifty object. considering I've never even cleared all the leaves and driftwood from my beach house location, plus I always have loads of weeds cropping up in my garden that I dont have energy to get it (priorities you know). all you have to do is use it wisely and yeah, invest in clearing the inside plot. thanks SS.

  8. If he ever worked it would be really great. All I get are messages to reload the program. I also agree if he did more than just 8 tiles around him. I can only get him to clear one and then it jams.....

  9. Not such a great thing. I like the mushrooms and the dandelions and the roots. They are not "weeds" to me. I'll not be using him. Probably sell him if I need to make more room for new items in storage.

  10. Didn't have enough friends to help provide items to actually obtain him...spent precious sim dollars and got down to the last one and miss out as I didn't have enough money to buy more sims. Sad! Would have loved this for my beach house!

  11. I kinda thought it would move around and clear 8 tiles of weeds. The other comment is right; when do you ever have that many tiles together accept when you buy new property. Then when would you need him?
I cleared one tile after figuring out how to use him. That was it! I put him back in storage.

  12. And i'm not impressed either. My yard is tidy already so i have almost no weeds to clear ever, and that leprechaun is nothing more than a bad irish stereotype. A garden gnome would have been better, albeit just as useless. I will never have an opportunity to actually use it.

  13. Pretty useless for reasons posted above. Now he'll just sit in storage with all the other "useful" items.
