PART 1

*Visit Bella And Try Out her Penny Farthing
Head over to Bella's house, find her Penny Farthing and use the 'Try Out' interaction on it.

*Look For Pigeons Around Your House Click Two Of Them And 'Send Registration'
You can find Pigeons around your yards as they appear randomly as garden drops. You will need to find two of them and use the 'Send Registration' action on them both.

PART 2

*Click On The Clothes And Try On The New Avatar Item From The Special Tab
Go to The Sims Social clothing store, head into the 'Specials' tab and purchase a clothing item which is marked 'New'

*Make Sure Your Wearing A Disguise. Then Click On The Penny Farthing Bike And Race 3 Times
Double check that you are wearing the new item of clothing that you have just purchased from The Sims Social clothing store and then visit Bella's House, click on her Penny Farthing and use the 'Race' interaction three times.

*Click On A Mr Fitt's SimZum Mat Item And Do Warm Up's 3 Times
If you already own a Mr Fitt's SimZum Mat then get it out of your storage or find it in one of your homes, click on it and use the 'Warm Up' interaction three times. We believe Bella will also have one in her home for those that don't already have one.

PART 3

*Click On Shop And Buy The Coates' Umbrella Stand
Visit The Sims Social store and buy the new Coates' Umbrella Stand for 500 Social Points. You'll need to complete this Athletics Skill Item to finish the other Quest for this weeks London Olympics Theme.

*Ask Over Sims To Help Me Practice 
Ask over four different Sims to your home, click on them and use the 'Help Me Practice' interaction.

*Visit A Friend With An Umbrella Stand And Challenge To Duel, Win 2 Times
Visit a friend who also owns the Coates' Umbrella Stand. Find the Umbrella Stand in their home, click on it and use the 'Duel' action. You must continue to do this until you win twice. This can take a few attempts so be patient and keep trying.

Part 4 

*Click On Fridges And Stretch Stomach To Practice 5 Times
You must find five different Fridges in either your own home, Bella's and Neighbours. Once found, click on them and use the 'Stretch Stomach' interaction. You must do this five times.

*Click On A Garden Plot And Harvest 5 Strawberries
Plant 5 Strawberries in your Garden Plots. Strawberries only take 5 minutes to grow once planted. his can be done in one or two rounds.

*Click On A Garden Plot And Harvest 3 Grapes
Plant 3 Grapes in your Garden Plot. Grapes will take 24 hours to grow once planted and this can be done in one round of planting.

PART 5

*Post a Feed And Ask Your Friend To Send You Their Best Backhanded Compliments
Post this request to your Facebook wall and ask your friends to click on it.

*Visit Or Ask Over 2 Sims And Backhanded Compliment
Either ask over two friends or simply visit their homes. Click on your Neighbour Sim and use the 'Backhanded Compliment' interaction on both of them.

*Click On Your Sim And Practice Bow Or Curtsey For Queen 4 Times
Simply click on your Sim and use the 'Practice Bow' interaction or 'Curtsey For Queen' interaction four times. We believe these interactions depend on if your Sim is male or female.

PART 6

*Have Prestige Glass Harmonica Table
Visit The Sims Social store and buy the new Prestige Glass Harmonica for 650 Simoleons. You'll need to complete this Music Skill Item to finish the other Quest for this weeks London Olympics Theme.

*Click on Prestige Glass Harmonica Table And Compose A Ditty 4 Times
Place the Prestige Glass Harmonica Table that you have just bought in your home and use the 'Compose A Ditty' interaction four times.

*Click On A Musical Skill Item And Do Task To Earn 600 Simoleons As You Prepare to Beat Shane
You must earn 600 Simoleons from any Music Skill Item currently available in The Sims Social online Facebook game. We advise you use this time to work through your newly purchased Prestige Glass Harmonica Table as you'll need to complete it anyway to finish the other Quest during the London Olympics Theme.

PART 7

*Search Around Houses For 3 More Pigeons And Release The Pigeon
You are going to have to search your Neighbours gardens for Pigeons. Once you find them, click on them and use the 'Release The Pigeon' interaction. You must do this to three different birds.

*Post A Feed To Say Your Holding A Picnic To Celebrate And Have To Friends To Click On It
Post this request to your Facebook wall and ask your friends to click on it.

*Find The Penny Farthing And Practice Lap Of Honor 3 Times For Your Win
Head over to Bella's house, find her Penny Farthing again and use the 'Practice Lap Of Honour' three times in order to complete this task.
